Anyone else realize that Nancy actually took a quick Polaroid of Dave’s backside at the airport? Wondering if she was hoping he wasn’t wearing jeans with those chaps

The Secret of Shadow Manor https://ebook-2.com/ebooks/the-secret-of-shadow-manor In the heart of the old town lay a mansion, shrouded in shadow and whispered folktales. The local children called it the “Spooky House," a place where no one dared venture.
Lucas, Jenny, Mike, and Emma, a quartet of young adventurers, were not easily scared. Their curiosity was piqued by the spooky house, and thus, they decided to uncover its secrets.
On a cloudy Saturday, armed with flashlights, they cautiously stepped inside the mansion. The creaking door echoed throughout the silent house, setting their hearts aflutter.

Game Review: The Secret of Shadow Ranch
Aka, the Ballad of Dirk Valentine and Frances Humbert. I am all about this Wild Wild West Treasure Hunt. Dirk Valentine (may he rest in peace) would have been my dream man: he steals from the rich and gives to the needy, charmingly observes cute details about his girlfriend, and creates an awesome puzzle for said girlfriend to solve which will ultimately culminate in treasure. Talk about keeping a relationship exciting.
Dirk and Frances lived 100+ years before Nancy shows up at Shadow Ranch, but ultimately you’re solving the mystery of their long-lost (and painfully tragic) love story. You meet these two characters via secret letters and puzzles you find along your way (which, I might add, have held up very well in the wear-and-tear department over the last 100+ years). In addition to Dirk and Frances, SHA does the damn thing when it comes to setting. Gimme that rugged Arizona landscape any day. Dry Creek, which resembles a completely abandoned Virginia City, might be the coolest Nancy Drew location. Ever. That I’ve seen.
As far as your suspects/cast of characters go, I could take ‘em or leave ‘em. Shorty is basically the Wild West Perez Hilton, Mary Yazzie is dull, and Tex is a dick. The bit with Nancy getting hit on by what’s-his-face is pretty entertaining, though. The game loses some points for the incessant vegetable picking (I got kicked off the ranch 10+ times for picking unripe tomatoes, jfc let me live) and a few other unnecessary ranch chores. There’s also one puzzle with magnets and some damn elements that’s really tedious. Otherwise, SHA goes by at a quick pace with an awesome backstory.
YOU GUYS!!! I was playing Shadow Ranch today and after making the cake the next day I went over to it and saw that it was actually eaten and so I clicked on it and she ate a peice!!! I've had this fucking game forever and I just now figured this out!! What the actual fuck!
Things I’ve noticed about Nancy Drew Games (part 1)
1) In Shadow at the Water’s Edge, Nancy gets locked in a room. To get out she has to replace colored pieces of what I am assuming is glass. This is a timed puzzle, so if you don’t complete it in the allotted time, “Nancy” gets knocked in the head with a piece of wood. Here ae my questions. 1) Why doesn’t Nancy look up see the piece of wood, and use it to break the door. 2) Nancy barely touched the door in her room earlier and it tore, so why doesn’t this one do the same. 3) Who or what is making the room shake? 2) In Secret of Shadow Ranch, we can see cows in the background, and there is the pink cow food. So when Nancy has to feed everything, why not the cows too? Who feeds the cows? Tex? Dave? 3) Speaking of Dave, what does he do all day, with one exception, all you see Dave do is stand looking at the chickens? He doesn’t even fix the coop, Nancy has to do that. 4) In Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon, Nancy spends the first part of the game finding Lori. Later in the game it is revealed how Lori pulled her vanishing act. 1) Why didn’t Nancy start looking for her, by looking around the area from where she vanished? 2) I understand why Charlena isn’t concerned about Lori’s disappearance but the others who claim to be looking are doing nothing. Hey Hardy Boys, you’re not going to find her by looking at those old books. You’re supposed to be ace detectives, get with the program. 5) Here is a spoiler of sorts-In the Final Scene, when you hear the kidnapper; you can tell who the kidnapper is. Maybe not if you are playing it for the first time, but if not listen closely, it is very obvious.
can you just take a few moments to admire this physique.
