Secrets at Midnight (Novella)
It’s a sweet little Cinderella story. Gotta love a kindergarden teacher and love at first sight. A lot of teasing, and we get to know some lynxes. It gets lost in the weeds a bit when there starts to be a lot of family dynamics and details about detective work and dna testing and stuff, maybe trying to fit too much in to a short story? There is a lot going on by the end. But wouldn’t mind seeing more of them later on.

Rating: one short but complicated cold shower
This is the playful Moses I wanted during his actual route!!
Some people we know in a heart beat. Others, we´ll never know, even if we speak to them for a thousand years.
Bastien Smith, Secrets at Midnight (Psy Changeling Novella) - Nalini Singh
—Algunas personas, —cerró su mano sobre la suya— se conocen en un santiamén. —El leopardo y el hombre miraron hacia el inusual avellana de sus ojos y vieron su futuro—. A otros, nunca los conocemos, aunque les hablemos por mil años.
Night Shift (Psy-Changeling #12,5), Nalini Singh
