Guidelines for Section Lists
If your administrator assigns you edit access so you can create or edit existing sites, you may have the need to add Section Lists. A Section List is a unique type of page that does two things:
Shows a list of sites and pages in a section.
Provides the links to access these sites or pages so users can find them easily and navigate to them.
The Section List format keeps your main site from becoming cluttered with countless, unorganized links. Can you imagine what your district site would look like if you put links for general district information, the school board calendar and meeting notes, every school board member, each department, each school, and each staff member?
