SECTION NINE: THE FINAL ARTEFACT

Below is the finished artefact. Looking back on my aims and if this is what I wanted as a client, its been able to hit key points that I wanted but unfortunately missing details. I still serves the purpose for what I wanted it for, ready to be shared online and engage those who watch it. Referring back to my proposal, it definitely has changed throughout but i’m happy with the changed that were made to accommodate for the final product.

Things I would have liked to change if I had the chance:

The duration of video

The style of video

Including a logo or branding

Original artwork/colour grading

Signing off the Project: With the original client James Thompson

As the client had to step down from his position, he did not sign off the whole project, but he was very happy with the two issues that went to print and these pictures were posted on social media.

Signing Off the Project

As the client dropped out of the project just before completion, this was signed off by the Deputy Editor who was acting Editor at the time of sign off. Henry was part of testing all the way through, so he was well aware of each issue and he was more than happy with the finished product.

Project Sign-Off

My client and I met and I delivered the final artefact. My client appears to be very happy. Here is an image of the signed project sign-off sheet

Signing Off the Project

As all of the artefacts have been produced, tested and modified. They are all ready to go live, below is a copy of the End of Project Sign Off that will be completed by the client and I. This states that the rights of all the artefacts will be passed onto the Client. The signing of this document will confirm the end of the project. The signed form will be included in the final documentation hand in.
