I don't trust Priests (or other religious officials) similar way I don't trust Cops.
Even if they are a "good priest/cop", they are still complacent in the system of abuse.

Thinking about how the terms "X% Hitler" and "Hitler Particles" technically could mean similar things, but have such a vastly different users and context.
The "Percentage" usually being used to rationalize fascist action and/or policy to "prevent worse fascism", siding with a theoretically lesser evil.
While the "Particle" is inspired by a Trotsky quote:
Not every exasperated petty bourgeois could have become Hitler, but a particle of Hitler is lodged in every exasperated petty bourgeois.
About noting the tendency for certain political groups to align to fascism.
...
I find the contrast interesting and also morbid.
A Kelowna group will take their fight against tax exemptions for religious organizations to the steps of city hall.
Saw a callout post that listed "Anti theist" as a reason to be called out.
I have no idea if it was an accurate claim, but I find "anti theist" a weird thing to list.
There are bigger fish to fry, in my option.
Unfollowed someone for defending Nuns.
Nuns are evil, complicit in the crimes of the church, and their image should be corrupted in popular culture.
I get "freedom of religion" is an important human right, but in terms of my more petty personal politics, I care more for the rights of Blasphemers and Apostates.
The latest decision is a major legal win for religious interests at the conservative high court, and blurs the line that once clearly separa
The Supreme Court on Friday backed a group of religious parents who want to opt their elementary school children out of engaging with LGBTQ books in the classroom, another major legal win for religious interests at the conservative high court. In the latest decision blurring the line that once clearly separated secular education from religious belief, the court said that a suburban school district near Washington, DC, burdened parents’ First Amendment rights by refusing to allow them to pull their children from the classroom when the books are used.
I am not taking USAmerican's options on religion seriously anymore (not that I ever did).
Me @ Religious Organizations: Pay Taxes
Not an anti-theist, but I respect some of their beliefs.
