Experts note that sedentary work at the computer for 9-10 hours a day negatively affects the state of the human body.
Studies show that sedentary work is primarily fraught with weight gain, as well as increased pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. This leads to an increased risk of death from cardiovascular disease, stroke, and certain types of cancer.
In this regard, experts advise every hour to take a short break to perform simple physical exercises. It is also extremely important to walk several kilometers every day.
