asking my mom to buy me a walking pad as a birthday present
im about to be so locked in
I’ve been successfully getting 10-12k steps a day and overall it’s made me feel better, but it also can be addicting to walk. I understand how some people who run can be addicted to running and get “runner’s high”—it almost feels the same with walking. The rest days I have I remind myself that it’s exactly that—a rest day, and to actually give my body time to recomp 😂
Walked on my pad and cycled afterwards. Now trick or treating with some kids
You got this.

I really wanna get a treadmill or a walking pad but I don't know which brands are good and what I need to look for so if anyone has either and can give recommendations, let me know♡♡
Second 45 minute workout done for the day ✨ Already created a playlist of workouts for tomorrow morning so I’m not eating time scrolling for a good exercise video. I also meal prepped for work and dinner tomorrow, did some full moon journaling, read 10 pages and drank a gallon of water! Ending the day strong 🧘🏽♀️
Running for life
