#seedhive becomes #seedrain rejigging the idea and the engineering quite literally . Viewed from above the #testtubes become #diatom - like. Seed Rain is a science term for the event of enmass seed release in a forest so that it appears to be raining seeds. #shirin #yoku ( Japanese term for the act 'forest bathing ' ). Many poetic, symbolic and literal associations.

PUTTING THE CALL OUT. These empty water bottles needed urgently. They are single use - called AQUATOGO - sold through officeworks . If you use them or know of a business who does in Syd - preferably Northern Beaches or City - can you please let me know. I need the empty bottles to make the #seedhive. Would like to reuse these and they are the ONLY shape and colour I need. These are clear 12litre ( maybe 15litre?). Please respond in comments here. THANKS IN ADVANCE 🙏 - its for a good cause ⚡️😘

some days the 'work' transcends itself and takes us to the edges of understanding - the betwixt zone where many things combine in a moment of humble understanding.. so seemingly fleeting but then not somehow.
