These seedy and cheesy tuiles are both vegan and gluten-free, making them a versatile snack or accompaniment to soups and salads.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 3 tbsp nutritional yeast. 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds. 2 tbsp sesame seeds. 2 tbsp sunflower seeds. 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put ground flaxseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Slowly add water and mix until a dough forms. Make little balls out of the dough by dividing it into thirds. Before putting the balls on the baking sheet, use your hands or a fork to flatten them into thin rounds. Tulles should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before you serve it.
