These homemade vegan goldfish crackers are not only gluten-free but also free from grains and common allergens. They are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking!
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 2 tablespoons tapioca flour. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 2-3 tablespoons cold water.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Gluten-free tapioca flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients with 2 tablespoons of cold water and olive oil. Mix until you get a dough. Add one more tablespoon of cold water if the dough is too dry. Between two pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough until it is about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out shapes with a small fish-shaped cookie cutter and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. They should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let the crackers cool all the way down before you serve them. Have fun!
