Hey!
I am launching a new website within the month, and am looking for young women who would be interested in writing for the website. This is a NON-PAID position because it is a new site, but hopefully we can offer pay eventually. The website is geared towards young feminists, but all ages are welcome to write.
You do NOT have to have previous writing experience. I know how hard it is to find experience, so I am here to offer you some formal experience.
I only ask that you e-mail at [email protected]. I will need at least two copies of your feminist-geared work. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE PUBLISHED OR LONG. I am just looking for something to show me what kind of writer you are. I am even open to helping newbies fine-tune their writing. I am also going to ask for a brief bio, so that I can get a feel of who you are.
On top of contributor positions, I will also be looking for editors, and social media managers. These will be NON-PAID as well, but I will be able to job reference for people who need it later.
Editors should send a resume/cover letter, or something to show their writing/editing prowess.
Do you like politics? Feminism? Body-Positivity? Sexuality? As long as you write about it through a feminist lens, you should apply!
I hope to be hearing from you all soon, and I hope to launch the site by the end of the month.
