The other little one is undeniably human, with hair to her shoulders and childishly bright red eyes that give away whose child she is, “And Rose, this is Aileen,” You say, ruffling the head of curly blonde hair and making said blonde giggle, “Say hi to Miss Rose, cutie,” She does so, in the typical sloppy speech of a two year old. You let the girls get back to their meals, leaning against the counter too look at Rose, “I don’t suppose you’d like something, too, would you? Or some coffee?”
