“I’ve never seen anything like it.” Luke had thought Yavin IV was a special place, with all the green and rain.  Rain!  Water, just pouring out of the sky! but nothing compared to Hoth. Luke had even had to be trained on how to suit up for this kind of environment.  And now that they were actually allowed out in it . . .  It was beautiful. 

“You have anything like this where you’re from, Dak?” The Commander asked, putting his macrobinoculars away, fumbling a little with his thick gloves.

you may not remember me but i used to follow you waaaay back when i still had a functioning gale hawthorne blog. i have always admired your characters and your writing. have a happy birthday!

EXCUSE ME but I’M PRETTY SURE I DO REMEMBER YOU?! If you followed me on my Jax Whitaker blog at walkingwhitaker I believe I only followed like two Gales back then? So I don’t know which Gale exactly BUT DO YOU KNOW HOW AWESOME IT IS TO FIND SOMEONE IN THE RPC from way back then? Why didn’t you tell me sooner!?

 forgive me for answering sooooo late!!!  thanks so much hun!!!  my bday was unusual because of everything that’s going on but i really had an awesome day, thank you for the sweet birthday wishes! <3

     “      I  TOLD  THEM  I  DIDN’T  WANT  OR  NEED  PROTECTION,      ”      it  wasn’t  fair  for  her  to  take  her  frustrations  out  on  anakin,  but  it  was  easy  for  her  to  talk  to  him,  to  tell  him  exactly  how  she  felt.      something  she  would  have  to  be  extremely  careful  about.      they  had  always  had  a  connection,  but  now  they  were  older,  she  didn’t  know  what  that  meant  for  them,      “      this  is      NOT      the  first  threat  against  me,  i  doubt  it  will  be  the  last.      surely  the  jedi  must  have  more  important  things  to  be  doing  than      PROTECTING      one  senator,      ”      even  through  her  frustration,  she  was  scared,  she  didn’t  know  who  was  trying  to  kill  her  or  why  they  were  doing  so,  apart  from  trying  to  stop  her  from  voting  in  the senate  against  the  trade  federation.      but  something  about  this  felt      BIGGER      than  just  one  vote.      however  she  was  relieved  that  if  anyone  could  be  protecting  her,  it  was  anakin  skywalker,  and  obi  wan  kenobi  of  course,      “      i  just  want  to  know  who  is  behind  this,      ”
