[MOD] challenge #02

hello everyone,

how are you doing?

after the big restructuring of sekaisquad it's about time to start the actual writing events that are the main focus of our little community. the mods are very excited to announce the very first of three planned events in 2017!

do you remember our first writing challenge? we have added a little twist to it, so please read below to see the details for yourself.

similar to the first challenge, you will have to start your fic with exactly the same word/words the previous fic of the challenge ended. please see the example below.

prompt: Because Jongin has learned by now that both are important - words and actions.

you can now either take the whole sentence to start your fic or just the last few words:

--> Words and actions have to match, that Sehun knows.

or you could take the last word only to start your fic:

--> Actions speak louder than words.

rules - sekai as main pairing. if you write OT3, please focus on sekai. any side pairings are allowed.

- word count: 1000 words (+/- 100 words). that means you cannot write 1101 words or more. you are not allowed to write less than 900 words either. this is to make this challenge a more challenging one :P

- you have 2 weeks starting the day your prompt has been posted, to post your own fic.

- the writing order will be decided randomly. you can skip your turn if you are too busy, so you'll be put at the end of the list. eventually, it will be your turn though.

- post your fic to ao3 and add it to the collection “sekaisquad challenge #2“. alternatively, you can open the collection page http://archiveofourown.org/collections/sks02  and click on “post to collection“. afterwards, please DM the mod account sejongsquad, announcing that you’ve submitted your fic.

- of course all other squad rules apply here as well: no plagiarism, no child pornography, no pedophilia, no romanticizing/sexualizing abuse or rape. please refer to our FAQ for more detailed information on this. the first fic will be posted on 9th April. further information will be announced within the group chat. if you have any questions, please do ask in the main group chat as well.
