7 days positive challenge: day 6
So I have kind of a "mixed feelings" day, and I have to remind myself to treat myself good, so this could be exactly what I need now.
"Write 5 things you love about yourself again"
1. I love the fact that I try not to judge people. I try to be empathetic and I make myself aware that I never know people until I know them. And I noticed that it's much more easy to love myself since I stopped judging others rashyly. I think everyone is unique and beautiful. I really believe that. (Of course there are assholes in this world, but exceptions prove the rule.)
2. I love my new ability to face my fears! I went to the dentist this year eventhough I am scared as hell and I am dying everytime I sit on this stupid treatment chair, but I did it! I faced the fear of flying this year and went to two weddings, one in Brazil and one in Panama and I am so glad I did. I will keep fighting, because I won't let my fears stop me, I will overcome them and experience beautiful moments!
3. I love that I try to love everything that I used to hate. Because these things, for example my skin, my legs and my butt, deserve to be loved, too! And that's what I do. And that feels great. :)
4. I love my bellybutton :D
5. I love that I am a good cook :)
This wasn't easy at all :) But thank you soso much, Juliette, for doing this challenge! It's wonderful that you help all of us to get closer to our real selves! You are amazing, I hope you know that! I hope you write on your list of things you love about yourself "I am able to make a loooooot of people happy". <3
