it's definitely my road to hell series (which i'm currently working on as we speak !)-- my biggest gripe with it is that it has kind of a certain verbiage and vibe that needs to be constructed if i'm making sense? and it doesn't come easy, but i love love love writing it because of the kinda ethel cain-ish vibe that comes with it

ooooh ! it's a steve fic i started back in november where eddie says something really funny along the lines of this:
“You need to stay hidden. That’s what Hopper sai—” “Bu- but Hopper said,” he squawks “I’m sorry, since when do I listen to a word a cop says!?” Eddie’s shouting. He’s right, and he’s heated, and you can’t blame him.
