I can picture Mell using this in a similar way to his whitespace powers, which essentially gives him extra 'space' when he's in it. Bc the skin looks and acts like an actual end note, maybe the he'd use the extra space to rant about what occurred in the fic outside the 'canon' of the fics story? Or as a way to avoid tricky situations a fic writer would put him in? Or maybe even as a way to mess with the fic writer themselves by cutting things & receiving pushback?
