Mix up your tea intake.
Up your intake of probiotics and/or fermented foods.
Spend time stretching or doing yoga.
Add some new herbs into your life.
Give in to the power of massage.
Try meditation.
Try adding kombucha to your diet
Seek out crystals and gemstones that may help keep emotions in check.
Try aromatherapy.
Try energy healing with acupuncture or reiki.
Take an epsom salt bath.
Spend time in nature.
Follow your gut and try something new!
I think one of the keys in life is learning how to put yourself back in a good mood when you’re in a rotten mood. Learn your self care methods and practice them. Love yo self!
