Hi shelby, can you give me some advice how to build up my self-esteem and -confidence. Mine is really low, bc of many things that happend to me in the past. Thank you so much.

Hello there anon, thank you for coming to me for advice- I'll do my best to help you out. :)

I can relate to you, for a long time I had very low confidence. There are some things that helped me out. I'm going to share them with you because they are awesome!

Stay positive and avoid negative people/things

Keep yourself motivated and busy

Take 2 minute self appreciation breaks

Write down things that you appreciate about yourself

Do the right thing

Enjoy the small things in life

Handle mistakes in a positive manner

Be kind towards everyone you meet

Try new things

Spend time with supportive people rather than destructive people
