Hey so calling people hoarders and sending them death threats is lowkey ableist and insane behavior

Like, first off, hoarding is an actual mental disorder that people struggle with and die from. so people having "too many characters" for your liking is insulting.

second, who cares how many characters someone has! your just jealous that those ocs belong to someone else and not you! people shouldn't have warning on their profiles begging for others to not call them hoarders or not to send them death threats.

I'm low key so tired of seeing "HQ/LQ" labels on designs. It's so insulting to me.

Like I get having preferences and stuff but just because the adopt isn't to your likeing doesn't mean it's "low quality".

Adopts on bases aren't LQ, headshot adopts aren't LQ, hell I'd even argue some 2 second doodles aren't LQ.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder or something, some of my favorite and most expensive designs were once "low quality" doodles, headshot adopts, and bases. Not every design has to be a pretty anime boy or whispy haired warrior cat adopt.

Something annoying that happens sometimes is I see a purge or post of some sort and the person will be pleading to get rid of some characters but when I offer they're suddenly like

"Oh nvm" or "I like your art but it's not my style."

Like you were begging for someone to take them a second ago

Making a bulletin named "expensive adopts" and having me think your doing a sale or something then turns out you're "raising adopt prices from 40$ to higher and i have payment plan options :>" is crazy behavior.

40$ for an oc. A payment plan, something you do for a car, but for an oc.

Wild.

I'm honestly so confused by people who block for no reason

Like I talked to this person twice and they blocked me I have no idea why. The conversation was along the lines of.

"Hey is this character available for offers? What are you looking for them?"

"Yes they are! I'm mostly looking for art and trades!"

"Oh cool, here's my art examples and characters for trade!"
