I want to make a self love poppet for my wife

I want to make a poppet of and for my wife to help her sense of self esteem and self love, I've gathered a lot few things for it. I've never made a poppet before :)

I plan to make it from an old red t-shirt of hers, as red is associated with love, strength, courage and as then it would already be something connected with her. I plan on filling it with a rose quartz crystal (love), bay leaves with words on (clearing negative energy, granting wishes), marjoram (happiness, healing from grief, love), thyme (strength, courage, positive attitude, apparently asosiated with Freyja), my wife's name, a bind rune for self love I have come across, allspice (determination, perseverance, energy), cloves (courage, self-confidence), coffee beans (peace of mind, helps to dispel negative thoughts), etc.

I have never worked with Freyja before but I might call upon her to help inspire Freya (my wife) as she is a goddess associated with strength, love, sexuality, etc. I might also call upon Loki to bring laughter into her life.

But I'm exhausted. I don't think I have the energy to do it tonight. I'm going to talk to Loki and maybe meditate in a bit, as I haven't just sat and spoken to him in a while.

But right now, I'm flopping, watching a crappy American conspiracy theory programme. If someone could bring me wine that would be lovely.
