It says so much about that me that I actually have a list of possible Kingdom Hearts Self-Inserts/OC Inserts that I came up (wrote a little) with before finally settling on the one for Tell Me That I’m Real

Here they are (if anyone wants to write them, hey, free game!):

SI as Xemnas, set in the nebulous era of the decade between Birth By Sleep and Kingdom Hearts. 

-Xemnas is still around by the way, that irritating asshole in the back of SI’s head

-Dating Sim Mechanics. That is all.

-I couldn’t decide what was funnier, if the SI had played up and through KH3 and knew the Luxu twist, or if the SI had only done up to KH2 and thus had no idea why Xemnas gathered the Organization in the first place.

-SI baked a “you suck” cake for Mickey, I distinctly recall writing that. Why? I don’t actually remember. 

SI in Ventus’ Body

-Not Ventus, mind you. Ventus’ Body. Because I thought it was funny if someone woke up in Ven’s empty body, while his heart was hanging out in Sora-land, and just...wandered off. (It’s still funny.)

-For maximum hilarity, have SI know nothing about Kingdom Hearts. 

-For even funnier times, have SI run into Vanitas or Aqua. Maybe even set in KH3 era, I don’t recall what my plan was. 

And my singular, SI in Kingdom Hearts Unchained/Fairytale Era

-Friends with Ven. Because Ven needs more friends in that time period. Chased after Luxu, maybe? Or another Foreteller.  

-Never told anyone about their knowledge. Not even their Chirithy. 

-Died alone, choking on their blood in the dirt, in the War.

(It’s not a very happy story, in the end.)

And that’s it. Never gonna revisit them, I’m pretty sure. Just had to get them out there.
