I've had 4 of these cd sets over 20 years. Guess it's time to get 'em out and listen again. 😆

The buzzing of the alarms. Well, one of them. “Get up.” Followed by me, “just a few more…” I have several alarms actually. So this routine could be construed as insanity by Einstein. Each alarm evokes the same knee jerk response. Sort of an auto-pilot at it’s finest. I have heard a few times, from people who know much more about minds,…

Loving isn’t always an easy thing to do, even it can be easily spoken. Loving can only mean to two things, make you or break you. This doesn’t only go for loving others, but also for you. You can easily say you take care of yourself, or you’ve embraced yourself. How come you still hide your skin under those clothes? How come you’re still in pain by those people around you? Why are you still staying in your comfort zone?
It’s time to take a break. Be strong. Stand up. Learn to say no. Break the barriers. Get out of the box you’re once trapped in.
Get out and show those stretch marks, and acne scars.
Wear clothes that make you strong.
Say no if it doesn’t really make you happy.
Cut the lines with people who despise you.
Give yourself a smile.
Have time for yourself.
Treat yourself well.
