Energy isn’t random. It’s a result of structure. Don’t wait to feel aligned — design for it. Your energy is your equity. Protect it like your future depends on it.

isn’t about being harsh it’s how you protect your energy when everything around you tries to take it away
Okay, I need some help from people who actually know the topic, meaning anyone with adhd knowledge and some advice other than "just use executive functions" (aka "build a routine", "make it a habit").
How do you structure your day?
'Cause I know I can't. I can not do this. For whatever reason, my brain does not take mysalf as a figure of authority and refuses to be held accountable by decision it made itself.
Making appointments in my calendar does not help (because they're my own appointments with me, haha).
Having a schedule does not work because I freak out by just seeing a rigid structure (and will absolutely NOT stick to it).
I also have noone else I could use as a body double or smth similar.
How do you do it??
