So, since I have some troubles focusing on writing lately (you probably can guess the reason), I’ve decided to do a small writing challenge. 

Idk what to call it, a songfic challenge? Maybe? Anyway, I put my playlist on shuffle and write a drabble that matches the general mood of the song, and since I’m a slow writer, I allow myself to loop the song max.2-3 times. 

Oh, and I won’t proofread, so it’s completely raw ‘first draft’ style writing.

Here goes:

1. “No Church On Sunday” Princess Chelsea  (vamp au?)

Pran looked down at the city full of lights, brightening up the black sky.

Cars and motorbikes sped down the streets as people travelled home from work.

He stood on the ledge; arms stretched out to the sides.

He could almost pretend he was alive, if he remembered to draw breath regularly enough.

 “I knew I’d find you here,” a familiar voice said from behind him.

 Pran closed his eyes. “You always find me, no matter where I go,” he noticed drily, feeling amusement flare through their bond.

 “I’m hungry,” the voice was closer now, almost whispering in his ear. “Come, it’s time to feed.”

 Pran dropped his arms and turned around to face his lover.

 They shared a kiss right there on the rooftop of a building overlooking the city that never truly slept.

 “Let us go then.”

So I'm trying to get through Les Miserables, but it's hard to ignore the fact that I once lost my copy because my mother shoved it in a drawer with the spine facing the wrong way and the entire family spent five years thinking it was a phone book.

One day late due to a random virus that very kindly left me rotting in bed with a fever and a barely functioning throat, but I'm up on my feet again and I'm going to try my best at my self imposed writing challenge! I haven't found many challenges that caught my eye so I went with a post I previously reblogged, basically a bunch of prompts, one per day til the month ends. I'm going to try and write as many as possible and see how it goes, I've never tried anything like this so I have no idea how long I'll last, but my only rules are to:

A) have fun, if I'm not enjoying it I'll stop

B) write at least 1k words per day

Having said that... I'm gonna drop the first day (that was supposed to be yesterday) and start the challenge!

I think for the indigo disk DLC I’m gonna switch my team up a bit, since most of my main members are nearing level 100. I’ll take the opportunity to use some Pokémon and types I wouldn’t use normally.

Although not bringer my starter just feels… Wrong? Somehow? Idk I’ll make myself a little self-imposed challenge.
