He’s giving his new ride a test in the outer reaches of the Lylat system, cruising through asteroid fields and trying new maneuvers to see what his upgraded fighter could do. Inevitably though, this gets boring and he seeks out a bar. Going this far from home in uniform could potentially be a bad idea, as not everyone took kindly to Cornerian military presence, but he was thirsty, and he didn’t care.

         Though, it was evident enough that the feeling was mutual. Why was he ALWAYS the one left to mediate the unruly youth hellbent on causing trouble? Perhaps it was another one of those cosmic jokes set to play ad nauseam–only tiring to the poor twit meant to endure them.

Starter for self-sxrving / sonoflylat

Ian and Cassie were on an assignment on Papetoon to protect a private interest for a few days. The interest was Cornerian allied, so the two were expecting perhaps not too warm of a welcome. Ian, kitted up in a plate carrier and carrying a rifle, holds the door open for Cassie to the local pub before embarking. Cassie was outfitted with a rifle and some armor as well. Both had sidearms and flash grenades on them. 

“Thank you, Sir.”

Ian snorts. “Cmon, lets get inside.”

The two make their way into the pub, intending on getting some food. However, they notice a very familiar blue fox. There weren’t too many of them.
