Back in 2013, I made the very first version of the Self-Care Planner. I wanted a tool that focused on helping me organize my schedule (because anxiety + overwhelm) but also encouraged me to focus on self-care because when I actually get into productive mode, everything else gets put on the backburner. Now over a decade later, it’s grown into something so much more. It's full of journaling prompts, reminders that you're doing better than you think, self-care ideas, and of course, lots of doodles. I am so so proud of it this year!
