I've been very anxious lately. Every little thing makes me feel overwhelemed and makes my heart beat faster. 😣
One thing that's helped me through that feeling is this breathing technique: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7s and breathe out for 8s. It forces my thoughts away from anxiety to focus on my breathing and helps me feel more relaxed and grounded. I really recommend trying it for yourself if you struggle with anxiety!
