December Selfie Day 3 - Throwback

Man it has been a day... and I’ve spent a decent portion of it looking at old picture trying to decide which one to use for this. Finally settled on this one, even though it’s not a selfie. This is from 2003, mid-summer, the county fair in Fargo, ND which is where I lived at the time after finishing college in Moorhead, MN (which is more or less the same city as Fargo just on the other side of the river). I don’t remember for sure, but I think when this was taken I’d already accepted the job that would move me to California. This has always been one of my favorite pictures of myself, like if it wasn’t 17 years old I’d use it in a dating app profile.

Looking at all the old pics has been a trip. It makes me feel like I’ve lived at least four different lives.
