A self-indulgent LGBT Cody Burns AU suggestion that I came up with (because yes): What if Cody was a girl at the start of season one but transitioned into a boy during either mid-season one or at the beginning of season 2?
OH, GREAT PRIMUS!! That would go so well with the theme of the show and the character of Cody... But.
My knowledge of how Transgender transition works is really, really low. Another point is that I don't know how old Cody is in the first season (If I remember correctly, one of the show workers confirmed that Cody was 10 or 11, and I don't see him transitioning at a very young age) Maybe at the end of season 3 might work better?
If you want some HC on how his family might react to this, I'm very sorry but like I said my knowledge of the topic is very low.
But if this is an AU or HC it is still valid and I love it!
