Budgeting, finance and funding 

To make sure the cash flow never went into minus I made sure all the sponsorship money was collected before any money was distributed.  We managed to raise £509  Due to Lucy managing to get all the printing sponsored allowed us to be more flexible with out budget.  The money was collected over a variety of weeks and distributed before the start of the exhibition on the 12th December.
