Happy Tuesday! & Day 2 of #SelfLoveIsNow today is all about mindful movement. For me, that means dancing outdoors because IT FINALLY STOPPED RAINING 💕☔️👏🏼 going for walks, swimming, and yoga also keep me super happy! Day 4 of #SelfLoveIsNow !! I'm not going to lie to y'all, I was dreading today! Haha. It's all about 🍍showing off your summer bod!🍍I thought no better way then going to target 👙 I went into this thinking I wasn't going to purchase / like anything. Well... I loved A LOT of things!! I purchased the top & bottom in the first pic. Who knew a string bikini top could be so fun?! I also felt super confident and happy! I can't wait for summer! 💓🌸

Day 2 of #SelfLoveIsNow Challenge! Today is Mindful Movement! I practiced mindful movement while painting today, relaxing and enjoying the calm and quit while I painted. ❤️ I thought I would be hating the activity the whole time I did it but it was very relaxing to just so some painting of my room and just take in the calm without no electronics going. 💆🏼 #selflove #selfcare #selfcaretuesdays #tuesdaymorning #tuesdayflow
