#SelfLoveStory - My self love story today is about just that. Loving yourself the way you are while you're working on the self that you want to be. Because when you get there, perfection will not be there. You see, big, small, chiseled or smooth, almost everyone on this planet hates something about themselves or struggles with self confidence in some way. Healthy & Beauty are two TOTALLY different features in life but yet they share the same defeat in almost everyone. Let me explain. A 140lb chiseled body women suffering from mental depression is the same defeat as a 240lb diabetic strong minded woman. Beauty doesn't even stand a chance with the fight that both of these woman are fighting. So let me ask you this. Why hide what you hate? Judgement is someone else's problem, not yours. Be free, be as confident as you can possibly be because when you get to that size, that weight, that strength or that measure of health that you think will make you "perfect", something else will be there to greet you. So.... The reason that I took these pictures is because I started on a fitness program called @vshred4women. In this group, it was full of women much smaller than me fighting for a better body; posting pics in bikinis and littles. I looked at all of them like, they are here fighting for a better body just like me; even though they are where I want to be. So I thought to hell with it, here's my bikini shot, my before and the truth to my own personal fight. To my surprise there were over 7K reactions, comments and women self reflecting in their own self judgement. I'm confident and proud of these photos, other women gained inspiration and self confidence FROM ME being FREE. I am not ashamed at all. I'm me with this body, fighting for a better me! You have your own fight, don't judge mine. #losing100 #selflove #bodypositive #plussizebeauty P.S. The dern bathing suit is from @Torrid - that was the main question of the post. You are welcome, it was made for me! https://www.instagram.com/p/CAQQwIZpqAK/?igshid=hvryvd9kq73u
