I'm trying to write words on my keyboard but I keep deleting them, I stopped, why can't I write clearly about our future ? is reality keeping me from writing, will it be lies even though if I believe in it? will I need a person to prove me right, that we are capable of building and achieving the impossible ! are my doubts coming from my daily observations that are telling me the opposite ?
Drive your car across Amman , its 16:30 , traffic is everywhere , close your radio open your windows and enjoy the mess ! what would you think ? are we respecting a simple traffic law, do we have the right to demand reform when we are not capable of reforming our selves ?
The other day I was at the supermarket with my little sister, I bought a couple of stuff but refused to take a plastic bag, my sister asked "why didn't you take one ?" I said "it's bad for the environment " she said "and with your one bag your going to change the world " and I said "Yes !" , well I know that the world is made out of individuals, so if each individual reformed him or herself, we wouldn't be even asking for a system reform here in Jordan, for me our main problem is the people themselves, so I call upon all Jordanians to #selfreform , do not wait for others, start with yourself, and prove me right !
كلما أحاول أن أكتب بعض الكلمات على لوحة المفاتيح أتراجع و أحذفها، توقفت، لماذا لا أستطيع الكتابة بشكل واضح عن مستقبلنا؟هل الواقع يمنعني من الكتابة، هل سوف يكون كلامي كاذب حتى ولو امنتُ به؟ هل سوف أحتاج إلى شخص لإثبات أنني على حق، وأننا قادرون على بناء مستقبلنا وتحقيق المستحيل! هل شكوكي نابعة من ملاحظاتي اليومية للحياة هنا التي تقول لي العكس؟
أعبر في سيارتك عمان، الساعة 16:30، هنالك أزمات سير في كل مكان، أغلق الراديو و أفتح النافذة وتمتع بالفوضى! ما رأيك؟ هل تحترم عامة الشعب قانون السير البسيط؟ هل لدينا الحق في المطالبة بالإصلاح الشامل عندما لا نكون قادرين على إصلاح أنفسنا؟
قبل أسبوع كنت في الدكان مع أختي الصغيرة، اشتريت بعض الأغراض لكنني رفضتُ أن أخذَ كيس من البلاستيك، سألتني أختي "ليش ما أخذت كيس؟" قلت "لأنها مش منيحة للبيئة"، فقالت لي "يعني بهلكيس حتغيير العالم" فقلت لها "اه بغير العالم !" ،من المعروف أن العالم يتكون من الأفراد، لذلك إذا أقدم كل فرد إصلاح ذاته لن نسأل حتى عن إصلاح النظام هنا في الأردن، بالنسبة لي المشكلة الرئيسية لدينا هو الشعب نفسه، ولذلك ادعوا جميع الأردنيين إلى #أصلاح_الذات ، لا تنتظر الآخرين و أبدأ مع نفسك، و أثبتني على الحق!
