F/o feels so, so honoured whenever you draw them btw

"But I barely draw" <- And they're excited still because you choose them to draw even when you only draw rarely??? Whoa!

"But I draw them 24/7" <- Whoa! They're gonna need a bigger fridge (/silly). They cherish each and every drawing you make, studying them for hours no matter how many you make

"But I'm a beginner artist" And you choose THEM to practise with? That's a huge honour! They're so glad they can help you advance their art skills!

"But I can't draw them accurately" F/o LOVES your interpretation of them so, so much, whether it's a change in shape or a swap from 3d to 2d -- You draw them even better than they look in canon.

F/o is so lucky to have someone as skilled as you dedicated to drawing them.

i really really enjoy doodling Tenna but sometimes i feel like i dont draw him well and i get really in my feelings about it, and the best way for me to combat that is going "well how would he react to it?" and the answer is always he would be overjoyed, and that makes me feel better about how i draw him

if you draw your f/o and you worry you arent doing them justice, or drawing them well, or drawing them accurately, stop and think about how they would react to it. because im certain your f/o would absolutely adore it <3

being a selfshipper feels mildly embarrassing but i would be lying if i said it hasnt genuinely helped me. having Tenna deltarune in my head has helped me a ton with bad habits ive built up due to executive dysfunction that are detrimental to my heath

havent drank water all day? Tenna's reminding me. about to leave the bathroom without washing my hands? the Tenna charm on my phone catches my eye and i remember to do that. showering without getting clean? Tenna's in my head again reminding me i should do that. havent brushed my teeth in a while? youll never guess what CRT in my brain is telling me to.

its embarrassing for me to admit, but it works. and really, you shouldnt be all that embarrassed about it if it does.

if your f/o helps you do things you otherwise would struggle to do, dont feel ashamed of it. it gets us by. it helps. and you know what? im willing to bet 100% that whether your problems come from depression, adhd, ill mental heath, no matter what it may be...your f/o is proud of you for doing these things. and theyll never stop being proud of you.
