When my teacher gave me my first telescope, I was so happy I actually started to cry. I still use it, it’s so pretty and I was so happy that she trusted me to have such an important piece of equipment! One that’s all my own.
The day I left home...it was exciting to leave. Especially to come to the Imperial City, but it was really sad to leave my family. And home. It still is sad.

best to worst at cooking?
Farheya is the best cook because they’ve been independent since they were pretty young and learned to feed a lot of people. Saleh is also a good cook, but tbh he’s just reaaaallly lazy and making food is very energy-draining for him. Ayesha has never operated a stove and she will probably burn the shit out of everything she touches sdjfkjdsfkljsf which is funny because she lives on her own now! so there’s a lot of frustrated sobbing and inedible stuff she tries to make.
