Once the mind link has been made, she can permanently communicate and speak to them regardless of the time or space.

All it takes is a little hiccup in your behavior and she’ll take notice. If not by her own observation, then by the desperate reports of your fellow herdsmen. So very lucky of Khosa (Owned by @stabaton) to be her latest favorite plaything. And also her newest tax collector.
