Chapter Title: "In Which There Was Far Too Much Dancing"

Send me a chapter title and I’ll write a snippet from my muse’s memoir from that chapter.

It was Zack’s idea.  Of course it was Zack’s idea.

Granted, I suppose anyone could have stopped him.  Angeal didn’t, as per usual, and Genesis avoided the entire event.  I believe he might have had the right idea, honestly, though I thought I should make an appearance at the party with a plan to simply slip away some moments later.  Keeping up appearances and then slipping outside to freedom.

To this day I’m uncertain as to whether or not there was a counter-plan in action, but either luck was not on my side or it was a plan brilliantly carried out.  Charmed with chocolates and excellent food and infuriatingly convincing “big blue eyes”.

My guard was dropped, perhaps.  While I suppose dancing does hold some resemblance to fighting, there are good and bad elements of being unable to stab someone for a truly horrible pun.

5. How do they react to finding out someone has a crush on them?

This would depend on who, exactly, was doing the crushing. Some rando from the neighborhood? She wouldn’t give it even a second thought. She might not even remember. The concept of a “crush” would be fairly alien to her, anyway, and perhaps even a little revolting if used in the sense of ‘liking’ someone without knowing them all that well. If it were someone she knew well? A certain general, perhaps?… Well. That’s another matter entirely, isn’t it?

12. How are they at taking care of plants?

If she ever undertook the care of a plant, it would be done on a strict schedule. She would know down to the hour when it was time to water the plant and precisely how much water it needed. Since she believes there’s no point in doing something if you don’t intend to do it well, Faora’s garden would be flourishing, indeed.

21. What’s the weirdest thing you’re likely to find in their room?

On Krypton? An extensive collection of books that range from ancient Kryptonian history to a small assortment of whatever passes for a trashy romance novel in that culture. She doesn’t really like them… that much. But, when she’s not training, Faora is an avid reader. Keeps the mind sharp and full of new ideas and information. Here on Earth, in her secret lair (read: shitty Metropolis studio apartment) she’s adopted a pet scorpion. It was a whim. Don’t judge.
