Oh? You wish to heart about Rome? I suppose I could give you a bit of a history lesson. Well... It was beautiful, back in it's glory days. Truly an Empire difficult to match in both reputation and architecture. Enchanting, especially the day I was first baked. However, time has made me well aware of the flaws of my 'motherland', so to speak. Slavery was rampant, Rulers were increasingly corrupt and demented. Religions were prosecuted, suicides ordered at the whim of your emperor- Civil rights were far from as progressed as they are today, and there was much superstition. In all honesty, I pitied the humans around me; then and now. But it has granted me a firsthand wisdom I would have otherwise not been privy to. So I suppose I'm grateful.
