If i cast a deathbringer regent from my opponents hand via the ability of sen triplets and there are more than 5 creatures on the battlefield, does the regent trigger?
No.
Deathbringer Regent wasn't cast from your hand, therefore the secondary condition for its trigger isn't met and the ability won't happen. Your opponent's hand is not your hand, and that matters in this case.
do you have any trivia on Sen Triplets?
Sen Triplets used to be a horrible choice for a commander. Up until a recent rules change in Commander, you could never generate mana outside of your commander’s color identity. Any mana of non-identity colors would just become colorless mana instead. (This was changed for Oath of the Gatewatch, when having colorless mana stopped being a purely downside thing.)
Because of this rule, you could never generate red or green mana in your Sen’s Triplets deck and thus could never cast any cards requiring red or green mana with Sen Triplets’s ability. Unlike similar cards such as Daxos of Meletis, Sen Triplets don’t have a rider allowing you to spend mana as though it were mana of any color.
When the mana generation restriction was removed from commander, it became a bit easier for Sen Triplets decks to exist since they could now generate red or green mana using “any color” mana effects. You still can’t play cards with actual red or green mana symbols in the deck, but Chromatic Lantern and Reflecting Pool should at least get you started toward casting your opponent’s Inferno Titan.
In a edh multiplayer game, opponent controls Knowledge Pool and Sen Triplets. What happens when they cast a spell from another player's hand? Will it go through the Pool like normal? Or another process?
Knowledge Pool only applies to spells a player casts from their own hand. Casting a spell from another player’s hand doesn’t match this criterion and won’t trigger Knowledge Pool’s ability.
