I'm curious if this is a glitch in mtg arena or some layers thing I'll not understanding. I have Vulpikeet on the field. Opponent casts Frogify on it which makes my creature a 1/1 with no abilities. I later try to cast Gemrazer via mutate onto Vulpikeet to use the Gemrazer Mutate trigger to remove Frogify. But, the new mutation is still just a 1/1 with no abilities and Frogify remains. I thought creatures could still gain ability after losing them and Gemrazer having later timestamp would help.

That interaction is working as intended.

While it’s true that effects that add and remove abilities apply in timestamp order, mutate doesn’t work by giving abilities and the like, but rather by changing the copiable characteristics of the mutated creature. Since mutate is a copy effect, it applies earlier than Frogify’s effect and so any ability that would be gained by the creature is stripped away by Frogify before it can be relevant.

Would the ability on the newly previewed priest of forgotten gods be considered a mana ability? Not too sure since its "any target" wording seems to allow for 0 targets and thus could be a mana ability.

No, this ability isn’t a mana ability because it can have a target.

In order to choose targets for Priest’s ability, even no targets, you have to put the ability on the stack. Since you’re putting the ability on the stack, it’s already not a mana ability and thus it can be responded to.

If I use The Scarab God to create a token copy of a non-black creature card in a graveyard, will the part of the ability making this token black instead of its normal color(s) change the mana symbols in that cost for devotion purposes? Ex. I bring back Aurelia this way, will her RW symbols be seen by Iroas' or Erobus' devotion ability?

The tokens created by the Scarab God still have their original mana costs and provide their original devotion despite being black. Yes, this is a bit weird, but it’s rarely going to be relevant.

In the situation you describe, the Aurelia token would give devotion to Iroas, not Erebos.

In a edh multiplayer game, opponent controls Knowledge Pool and Sen Triplets. What happens when they cast a spell from another player's hand? Will it go through the Pool like normal? Or another process?

Knowledge Pool only applies to spells a player casts from their own hand. Casting a spell from another player’s hand doesn’t match this criterion and won’t trigger Knowledge Pool’s ability.

To follow up on my prior ask, are there any delayed triggers with new Emrakul's cast ability? Is the extra turn targeted player gets dependent on my controlling of their normal turn or just them simply having that "affected" turn? A local L2 claims the delayed trigger won't be in effect since I'm not in game by the time targeted player takes affected turn, thus they won't get extra turn.

Since indestructible has become the new "regeneration" as far as what some spot removal/board wipes prevent (Wrath of God vs Burn from Within) plus you recently saying regeneration has been replaced with "indestructible until end of turn," it is possible we'll eventually get a destroy-type board wipe that removes indestructible as well?

We already have that. -N/-N effects will kill indestructible creatures.

You mentioned the Energy counter/token will not be in initial print run of Kaladesh, but will be in the following print rums. How is a print run defined? One batch/print run every month or so?

It varies in how much is printed and how fast it's purchased.

Can melded creatures be turned face down with Ixodron?

No.

Neither can a card that’s part of a meld pair be turned face down.
