Startup Act 2015- Introduced Today!

Today, Sen. Moran (R-Kansas) together with 5 other Senators introduced the most recent version of the Startup Act creating a new visa category for startup founders. and STEM degree holders. The bipartisan bill follows the introduction of the Immigration Innovation Act 2015, also a bipartisan bill addressing H1b and high-skilled immigration. Below is the press release from Sen.
