Do you believe that love itself is hard or people? And if so why or why not?

No I dont think love is hard for people. I think most people dont have good examples of love. So they emulate someone else that may not know what love is. The only thing that may be a little challenging is understanding that love isn't like the movies. Importantly, different people recieved love in different ways and you have to love them the way they need to be loved.
