Dec 22, 2018 -Sengekontacket Pond off Beach RD in Edgartown. Driving along Beach RD from Edgartown to Oak Bluffs, I literally stopped in the middle of the road to take a quick pic of this scene out the window. The clouds were so nice that day.

Dec 15, 2015 - salt marshes at the eastern end of Sengekontacket Pond On this day, I was heading out of Edgartown with May after a vet visit, and as always, took the longer, more scenic route back to Vineyard Haven by way of Oak Bluffs traveling along Beach Rd between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The light was so beautiful, I had to stop and turn around, after passing this salt marsh, to go back to take a quick pic with my cell. I didn't expect to find such beautiful light when I started out. I have found it always makes a difference to take the longer route along the water. You just never know what you might come across. If I hadn't gone this way, I would have missed this, and the wonderful feeling it gave me to be there in that moment. Moments later the light went behind a cloud.
