think about how Senku being the one of the only people Gen is able to just be himself with . They talk and bicker and for once he doesn’t have to put up his little fake narcissist act. He’s so comfortable with Senku , clearly, like they’re just two people. No lies no acts just them.

Can you imagine living a life of lying and deception and hiding your emotions then one day this fucking insane, ambitious and sickeningly determined man comes along and flips every thing out of order? Changes the world - changes even you from cruel and self absorbed, or so you tell yourself and others, to something honest and good. Something that can contribute to this new world. Something you never expected a spot-light chasing rat like you to be.
