The Senior Advisor, Regulatory Risk Management, ensures compliance with the regulations of the Bank and its subsidiaries and offers the required support regarding regulatory risk management to business units and business lines, as well as to members of his or her business unit. In addition to his or her specific tasks, the incumbent contributes to the business unit’s initiatives related to management of the compliance framework within the organization. Roles & responsibilities: Participate in defining the regulatory risk management strategy and share the key orientations with the relevant people. Act as an expert for the development and review of compliance programs and for all other regulatory questions raised by the Bank’s business units. Detect, analyze and resolve non-compliance situations for the entire Bank and its subsidiaries, and intervene to implement the required corrective measures. Anticipate the implications of new regulatory requirements. Coordinate and participate actively in regulatory projects. Analyze, prepare and review various reports, questionnaires and tests. Ensure compliance with imposed deadlines to protect the Bank and its subsidiaries. Formulate recommendations and propose solutions to improve work processes.
