Minako doesn't believe she'll ever fully love and commit to someone on a level any higher than friendship. Benefits sure, but the act of romantically connecting to someone scares her, mostly due to her duty and the off chance that someone would take advantage of her loved one as a weakness.

♡ - Sex headcanon

She loves to listen to music while in the act, so in a way she can play out the lyrics, tease and touch and also if the time permits it, take the role of whatever's playing in general. She'll act and go from the dork she is to a serious lady if need be. Though, if anyone ever breaks through to HER she'd fumble and act like a virgin for a good few times.
