Lucky Charm
(Contains spoilers for Episode Ladybug of Season 3)
I don’t know if this has been pointed out before, but...
Every time an akumatised villain, or a villain created as a result of an akuma’s powers has or gets Ladybug’s powers, they seem to conjure up the exact same object as “Lucky Charm” (or its analogues).
A giant, menacing sword thingy.
Let’s take Antibug from Season 1 for example. She had similar powers as Ladybug, of course, and here’s what her “Anti Charm” brought up:
This sword was kinda different in appearance from the others I’m going to talk about though.
.
Next, we move on to season 2. Sandboy. Nightmare! Ladybug. When she summons her “Lucky Charm”, this is what she got.
Interestingly, in this episode, Ladybug cast her Miraculous Ladybug using a piece of the Nightmare! Ladybug’s Lucky Charm.
.
Last but not the least, we got Miraculer in Season 3. After she steals Ladybug’s powers, what did her “Lucky Charm” give her?
.
(If you care about spoilers, this is your last call to back out.)
.
But the interesting thing is what we see in Ladybug. Mayura creates a Sentimonster! Ladybug, she has the same powers as the real Ladybug.
And we see that her “Senti Charm” is not like what was summoned by the other rip-offs.
The Senti Charm gives her a huge missile shooter thing.
.
So, what I infer from this is, the powers of the Peacock Miraculous have more range and variety than those of the Butterfly Miraculous. (Although we do need some more Sentimonster Ladybug analogues for confirmation.) So, obviously, Mayura, at her strongest, is even more powerful than Hawkmoth himself.
I want to see more of Mayura taking charge and not just working under or alongside Hawkmoth.
