"Don't look at me like that."
Jongin continued staring at the female in front of him with the strange look still on his face. “So let me get this straight. You want me to attend a party that your parents are throwing while wearing something like that?” He questioned as he motioned towards the black and white tuxedo that she was holding out towards him. “How can I not look at you like this when you request something like that? First of all, I don’t like wearing clothes like that because they’re uncomfortable and I always feel like I’m suffocating when wearing tuxedos. I already have to wear them to award shows, so why should I agree to wear one to some party that your parents are throwing? Second of all, why do I have to be your date to the party? Don’t you have someone else that’s more fit for those types of things to go with?” He asked as he crossed his arms over his chest, an eyebrow raised. “You know that parties like that aren’t really my style especially when I have to interact with other rich people. Also, would your parents be alright with me even showing up at the party when we’ve never really met before?” Jongin asked as he stared at her. While growing up he had never been one to really enjoy attending such fancy events like that even when his own dad would throw parties and invite his wealthy friends. Jongin found them very boring to attend and always found himself off to the side wishing for the time to speed up so he could leave and get away from all of the business talk that they usually did. What was the point of even throwing an event when all they would do was talk about business matters, something that didn’t interest Jongin in the least bit. He’d rather be at clubs because for him that was more his type of thing. In the end though he ended up giving in as he took the tuxedo out of Jiwon’s hands and narrowed his eyes. “This will be the first and last time I do something like this. Next time find someone else who actually enjoys standing around talking about boring business matters.” He gave her a slight smile before ruffling her hair, knowing that she wouldn’t get angry at him for doing it because they had known each other for quite a while.
