Ducati debuts new Aero Package (Sepang Shakedown Test 2026)

Ducati is looking to further improve its bike for the final 1000cc season in 2026. While the core of the bike has remained largely unchanged from last year, the aerodynamic package has continued to evolve over time.

This trend was again visible during the first official test of the season in Sepang. From initial observations, Ducati appears to have significantly enlarged the front aero wings, while the side-mounted ground-effect elements have also been widened.

These updates are expected to increase overall downforce, allowing the bike to remain more stable and planted, which in turn should improve grip and potentially lead to higher corner speed and improved acceleration.
